Attached please find a document outlining our proposed meeting goals and discussion points for when we meet in Beijing, Wednesday, April 20th. We are sending this document in advance to allow you and your team to consider the issues we put forth. We only prepared this document as a guideline to facilitate discussion; not as a strict agenda.

We will also be bringing additional materials along so that we can elaborate on the discussion points we list in this document. We have been giving a lot of focused thought to the growth of the Burnham business and we look forward to sharing our ideas.

However, at the end of the day our overall objective is to not only to grow our business but to grow our business in a way that helps Harvest achieve its goal of building its brand and presence in the US market. We hope this meeting in Beijing is the first of many as we work together to achieve that end.
