Tom, we have meetings in New Orleans on Wednesday so we would really like it to be in New Orleans Thursday if at all possible. Jim Sent from my iPhone On Oct 15, 2017, at 7:53 PM, Tom Thornhill <tom@thornhilllawfirm.com<mailto:tom@thornhilllawfirm.com>> wrote: Jim and Britt, If all are flying in for the meeting on Thursday, please note that I’ll be in Houston on Tuesday and Wednesday (until late), therefore, Houston is also an alternative venue for our meeting. I have a conference room at the St. Regis for meetings on Tuesday and Wednesday, so that would work as well as the New Orleans location for me because I am in Oklahoma City on our refinery deal on Friday, according to our current calendar. Britt, I’ll call you early tomorrow morning to coordinate details that work best for all on either the New Orleans or Houston venue. Looking forward to our meeting. Many thanks, Tom Tom W. We do look forward to working with you on the potential financing of our fuel trades, perhaps the infrastructure projects for Louisiana, our intended fuel storage and distribution business in Mexico and other projects, if you and your Chinese partner are interested. In our discussion, I referenced the below article I had seen on the internet recently regarding risks in Letter of Credit. Please let me know if you want to discuss this further, although I am sure you are familiar with this area of the law.
