Hunter-
I have submitted the claim to USAA. They are going to call you tomorrow
afternoon to discuss. Her name is Margo Graf. Here is what I reported in
the claim:

Date: 10/27/16
Car: 4D Buick Verano
State of accident: California
no injuries, no police report filed

What happened: I got 2 flat tires that resulted in me losing control of the
car and hitting a pole.
