Dear Member,

This email is to inform you that the hotel has begun required maintenance
work to the patio area of the hotel along the canal. There may be
intermittent audible noise and workers may be visible at times on the
outside of the building.

For safety reasons the patio will remain closed during this time. The
work will conclude approximately towards the end of February but we will
advise of a more specific date once we are closer to the end of this
project.

Thank you as always for your patience and understanding while we continue
to improve our hotel.
