Just FYI, originally, Gabriel said that we would be representing Andes
Energy. In actuality we will have two contracts. One for $10K a month
with EDEMSA (which is the concession granted to Manzano to operate the
electric utility in Mendoza Province, Argentina and I believe is a
subsidiary of Andes Energy) and one for $10K a month with Integra (which is
Manzano's consulting company).
