I had one additional thought on Global Risk that has less to do with the compensation structure and more to do with the name/description of the entity. I think if the "Global Risk" unit is going to focus on Cataphora like opportunities in the security and intelligence space, "Global Risk" is really the wrong name for the group. Global RIsk is more descriptive to one of the services we will probably sell under Analytics and there could be some confusion if we call it that. It is really more "Security" focused. I don't think we'd want to call it Rosemont Seneca Security (sounds like we are setting up a personal security service) but there may be something better to call it. Just a thought before we get too far down the line. Eric D.
