Thoughts? Didn’t want to discuss Mali as we don’t have all that much detail
yet – but hopefully will be the time he comes later this month. When did we

It was good to touch base on Friday and I’m excited about the opportunities
we discussed. How does Thursday, 10/28 work for a meeting here in Washington
with the McKinstry Team?


In addition to that meeting I wanted to introduce you to Manuel Estrella,
head of the Estrella Group (translated web page below). Manuel’s firm has a
significant footprint in the Caribbean and there are a number of projects on
the horizon that may be of mutual interest (including the toll road
expansion projects in Puerto Rico which we’ve discussed).
