You wouldn't know it by listening to Fox News, but reputed scholars like Norm Ornstein from the American Enterprise Institute agree: the 111th Congress has been one of the most productive ever.

When we look back on these past two years, we'll be proud of landmark achievements like health insurance reform, the Credit CARD Act, and Wall Street reform. We'll celebrate the role we all played in electing a President and a Democratic congressional majority that got it all done. And we'll remember that one man did as much as anyone to overcome Republican obstructionism to make change happen: Harry Reid.
