We mentioned our relationship was with Transatlantic that has a
relationship with the folks at FPL and Iberdrola. GOOGLE only wants to

In your conversations with Google did you mention the wind opportunity
was FPL?
I did not mention to FPL that Google was one of the target clients.
Google has come up with them in my several conversations but only in the
context that FPL has done a deal with them in the past.

Group:

We spent the last two days with GOOGLE'S treasury and corporate
finance team. We were doing due diligence planning for the last quarter
and 2011. We mentioned a future opportunity with a secondary wind
opportunity with Transatlantic Capital.

They told us Paul Cutler is meeting with them on Thursday. "He
called them"! I don't know if you mentioned the GOOGLE name in the
meeting, but I wanted to give you a heads up!

We have several other clients suitable for the wind tax credit
secondary so don't worry. I just wanted you aware if FPL says something
to you regarding Meridian advising Google on tax credits.
