Attached is the draft contract Manzano wants us to sign on the more "merchant banking" function. It is pretty much just a place holder to say that on a project-by-project basis we will be brought in to help raise $ for potential Argentine investments. He has about four he is thinking of. Depending on the project we could receive between 2-5%. I think we need a lawyer to look at this and just make sure it is kosher. Marc may be the one to do so.

The $10K a month retainer contract is for a year and specific to the Argentine utility. Manzano is going to try and accelerate the payments for this.
