It would be great if you could take the lead on putting this together, this isn't a model we have any real experience with. As we discussed, I could see some sort of combination of you, Walker and Muldoon servicing this as well. Particularly since this is a slightly different model than we are used to it be great for you to manage the process (proposal and servicing) and get Walker and Muldoon educated on this approach as you work on it as it may be something we'll see in the future. Per your suggestion to Anne Marie, let's talk next week to figure out the components of the proposal. Thanks again for this.
