I keep forgetting to talk to you guys about this - I am concerned that our weekly delivery calls and pipeline calls are getting stale and people aren't making it a priority to call in. I certainly think once we get an official incentive system in place that will change, but in the meantime attendance is sporadic and I am not sure they are entirely effective. I don't think all three of us need to be on them all the time, but at least a critical mass of 2 out of 3 of us will probably encourage others to be on it more. Thoughts?
