More than just supporters - these folks are the eyes and ears on the ground. In particular, focus on community leaders and the grass top-type folks. > Cultivate and secure donors who are committed to the foundation's mission - 1. Online grassroots donors through aggressive email campaigns, digital advertising and list acquisition. 2. Foundations and corporate donors (no longer focus on program underwriting at the corporate level. 3. Individuals - especially those who have never written an check to a Biden, but care about the cause. > Prepare and explore the possible acquisition of Darkness to Light (three year plan). > Train 5,000 adults in Delaware in Stewards of Children, with a focus on law enforcement and educators.
