Only two comments, Hunter and I have on this. We should clarify on number 4, so the impression isn't that "we", i.e. Rosemont Seneca or SKDK are going to follow up with Congressional offices (unless you guys think you can). Maybe change it to "CAF USA should follow up with Congressional offices........" Brings up the question of whether they are capable of doing it alone or need Squire Sanders to do it )or someone else, but probably don't want the misinterpretation that we'll do it and better to leave it unspecified. Finally, perhaps a number 5 or just a concluding line is appropriate just saying that if you are not prepared to do the above, you should let sleeping dogs lie, play up the last two lines of the FTA letter and pursue your legal rights in TX. May be something we just say orally to them in person, but you get the gist. Eric D.
