In all seriousness, what do you think of moving to have one call each week instead of two? So, merge our pipeline call and delivery call. The idea behind two was that we could have two quick 30 minute calls and not take up too much of people's time, but I wonder if it would be easier for everyone to block out an hour a week instead of twice. I really don't care. Or maybe we are just scheduling the calls at bad times of the day. We could just look at rescheduling the calls to different days or times. I also want to make the call effective while we are on it, so any suggestions on how we can have them be more participatory than just Mike reading what is going on would be helpful. As I said, I think once we can get an incentive compensation system in place that might solve some of this. Eric D. I certainly think once we get an official incentive system in place that will change, but in the meantime attendance is sporadic and I am not sure they are entirely effective. I don't think all three of us need to be on them all the time, but at least a critical mass of 2 out of 3 of us will probably encourage others to be on it more. Thoughts? >> >> >> >> Eric D.
