Owasco, P.C. ins’t “officially” a law firm - don’t think there is an official designation in DC per se. But we have always called it a law firm and for accounting purposes the revenue you receive from Owasco, P.C. is supposed to be for "legal related services" and director’s fees. Legal related services covers any fees you receive as a lawyer or consulting fees related to legal work. All other income (i.e., from investments) goes through Owasco, LLC.
