The Executive Committee met on the morning of January 9th to review performance reviews for Patty Dailey Lewis and Josh Alcorn for calendar year 2016. It was agreed that Patty and Josh had both "met" or "exceeded" expectations for the past year , however , the committee felt any recommendations for salary adjustments should be delayed 60 days until decisions are made on the future of how the organization's mission , operations and staffing are affected by the to be established Vice President's office and operations at the University of Delaware.
