I assume you have shared my message ( below ) from the Exec Committee for the upcoming Foundation Board meeting with Hallie.
If ok with you I plan on sharing it with Ashley , Patty and Josh tomorrow so no one is surprised at the meeting ?

Also , please know I'm happy to serve or advise as you are structuring a team/ board with your dad regarding the various philanthropic concepts he plans to move forward with if you think my background and experience in the philanthropic world can be helpful.

Message for the board meeting:
> The Executive Committee met on the morning of January 9th to review performance reviews for Patty Dailey Lewis and Josh Alcorn for calendar year 2016. It was agreed that Patty and Josh had both "met" or "exceeded" expectations for the past year , however , the committee felt any recommendations for salary adjustments should be delayed 60 days until decisions are made on the future of how the organization's mission , operations and staffing are affected by the to be established Vice President's office and operations at the University of Delaware.
