Hey this is not a BHR deal
However it is likely an opprtunity for China Rail. Recently China Rail won
a very large competitive bid process to supply the MBTA here in Boston with
a whole new fleet of Green Line Trolleys for the T expansion
China Rail is actively Persuing rail deals of all sorts around the world.
And they come with financing capabilities as well. China Rail has
contracted to assemble the Green Line cars in MA and this new facility they
are building MA will also do maintenance on the rail cars
