During account setup, you will be invited to read and electronically approve the LearnSpeed software user license and PrepMatters policies and procedures, copies of which are available in PDF form on the PrepMatters website at http://prepmatters.com/get-started/policies-procedures.

> · Client Account Setup – Click on the hyperlink www.learnspeed.com to be taken to the LearnSpeed website, where you will be prompted to create a username and password. Be sure to click Save once you are satisfied with your username and password choices. You will then be prompted to login. Click Login and enter the username and password you just created. Click Login again.

> · Client Features – You now have access to PrepMatters LearnSpeed, where you will see the name(s) of your student(s). Click on the student’s name to view past sessions.

> · Client Billing – Clients are required to enter their credit or debit card information by clicking the Account tab in the upper-right corner of your Home screen. Scroll down and click Edit in the home address box. Click Save when you have completed entering your home address. Next, click Edit for the billing address or click Make Same as Home Address to effect an auto-fill of your information. Remember to Save your data entry. Finally, click Edit in the Payment Method box. Leave Enabled checked and enter your credit card information. (Your card number will be encrypted and securely transferred to our merchant processor, with only the last four digits of your card number kept on file.) Click Save when you have completed data entry.
