Talked to Dennis. No new updates on Imprimis contract. Heather apparently sent a proposal to them before the holidays. It was supposed to be $40K to initially come up with a strategy to approach the FDA written by the new attorney who was the former FDA COS. Then after the strategy was written they would discuss a longer term engagement and how to deploy BSF in the effort.

Dennis said the CEO was going to review over the holidays but last he heard nothing had been decided yet. He was leaning yes. Dennis was going to check with Ligouri and see if he heard anything.
