GOP Sens. Ted Cruz, Ron Johnson, Mike Lee and Rand Paul said Thursday that they are "not ready" to support the Senate Republicans' Obamacare repeal plan. Senate Republicans can only lose two members and still pass a bill.

The four conservative Republicans said in a statement that they remained open to voting for it after further negotiations and obtaining more information, but that "it does not appear this draft as written will accomplish the most important promise that we made to Americans: to repeal Obamacare and lower their health care costs."
