Good morning students and families:

First things first - students, by the time you get this email you will be finished with your first exam. Congratulations!! Good luck with the rest of your studying and exams.

Second, I'm following-up with you because to date you have not completed the online registration to participate in the Jamaica trip this summer. Originally I had asked families to register by January 9th. If you need more time to figure out logistics, finances, etc. etc. before registering that is absolutely fine - just please let me know. Below please find all the information about registration and the payment schedule.

https://thriva.activenetwork.com/Reg4/Form.aspx?IDTD=2461&RF=11209590 to complete the online registration by January 9th. The registration link will require you to complete necessary information, forms, indicate need for Financial Aid, and pay the $100 deposit. It's easy: click on the link, select Jamaica Library Project- Service Trip and complete the online registration. Instructions are attached.

The payment schedule is:
January 9th- $100 deposit due. You can take care of full payment for the trip ($2,375) at the time of registration, but only the $100 deposit is required. Also, please provide Deanna Boyd (boydd@sidwell.edu<mailto:boydd@sidwell.edu>) with a copy of the passport for the student traveler (scan and email or deliver a copy in person).

March 13th - 50% of remaining trip fees due.

May 8th - Remaining balance due.
