Let me know if this is something that you feel is of interest. I have known
these individuals and the business for 5-10 years.

More info is needed regarding pipeline, performance etc but if this is of
interest to engage a conversation, let me know and I'll set it up. Mexico
is hot right now due to the regulatory changes benefiting Foreign
investment so it may be of interest to middle market funds with the ability
to expand beyond the U.S.

DIESTRO had a good 2014. It allowed us to revise our business model ,
confirm our long term plans and to consolidate our team in order to
successfully complete the new challenges we have set upon ourselves.


We are happy to enclose the executive presentation for the Diestro Private
Equity Fund (Diestro Fund) our core project for 2015 and the future.


The DIESTRO FUND is a Private Equity Fund aimed at selected, dynamic
Mexican medium size companies who are reaching the tipping point where;
adequate advisory & hands on support, supervision and investment, directed
in particular to HR and IT&C can make them reach world class Corporate

During the last quarter of 2014 we completed our PPM and have already
