Mr. and Mrs. Biden,

I am writing to request your attention to completing Roberta’s Minor Consent for Travel of a Minor form. Without the form completed and notarized she will not be allowed to attend the trip. Completion of the form is required for a non-parent to travel with a minor outside of the United States.

I have provided the names of three individuals who are notaries at Sidwell. I would suggest to contact them to make sure they are on campus, and are available to notarize.

Once the form is completed, please have the form brought to my attention at Zartman House.
