Thursday’s bitter cold made for a miserable morning commute for Metro riders with delays on five of its six rail lines caused by the weather, from cracked rails to door and brake problems.It was one of the worst commutes in what had already been a bad week for the transit agency’s customers. A pick-up truck driver was arrested Tuesday in a crash in Prince William County that killed a motorcyclist in early December.Justin Casey Felch, 26, of Woodbridge was killed Dec. 2 while driving his motorcycle on Route 1 in Dumfries. A passenger on the motorcycle, a 31-year-old man who was not identified by police, was seriously injured.
