Hi George,
I have been in touch with Hodgson Russ bankruptcy counsel on this. Are you
available for a call tomorrow to discuss? If so, please let me know a good
time and I can give you a call. I have another call at 2pm eastern, but
otherwise I am available.

Best,
Nick

Nick,

We would like to resolve this matter consensually, as our efforts to date
reflect. To that end, can you and bankruptcy counsel please be available as
soon as possible this weekend for a call to discuss the bases of Burnham's
refusal to sign the settlement agreement? And hopefully we can draft around
the concern to give your client comfort. I am available anytime this
weekend by email or by cell phone (below). But I must underscore the need
to resolve this matter before next week.

Thank you.
