What are they not getting?!? I am not going down this rabbit hole because we don’t owe them anything, but according to the asset assignment agreement it is incumbent on BAM to provide us with the accounting of how they arrived at the “Biden Cover” not us. And they were supposed to do that in October of 2015 and failed to do so. All they did was send us an invoice with no supporting documentation as to how they arrived at those numbers.

Nick,

Our client contends that it owes no amounts to Burnham. Your client contends it is owed about $200,000.

Thank you.

George

Hi George,
I am reviewing the latest draft of the agreement with Burnham. As an initial matter, can you please forward your client’s calculation of the amounts owed to Burnham? Burnham needs this to have an understanding of the amount of the claim it is being asked to waive.

Best,
Nick

Nick,

Attached is a cumulative redline, including additional changes to address your client’s concerns raised this morning.

Please confirm that these are ok and I will send you an execution copy. Please advise who will be the signatory – Andrew or Stefan. We would like this finalized by Noon tomorrow.

This draft is being sent simultaneously to my clients and is accordingly subject to their final review.

Thank you.

George
