I think it is really important we put together a draft, more detailed timeline (I can do that today) that we can agree on with UD that specifies when we will have VP and Assanis meet, when we will conclude the MOU, public announcement, start date, etc. Think that will give everyone a lot more comfort.

One question I have is whether our timeline needs to be coordinated with the Penn timeline? Is the idea that both announcements will be made at the same time? Or is UD first?
