Dear Member,

This email is to inform you that the hotel has begun required maintenance
work to the grouting of the hotel's facade along the canal. There may be
intermittent audible noise and workers may be visible at times on the
outside of the building. For safety reasons the sun terrace will remain
closed during this time. The work will conclude approximately towards the
end of October but we will advise of a more specific date once we are
closer to the end of this project.

Please accept our apologies for the inconvenience this will cause to those
members who enjoy the patio. Please let me know if we can assist with
arranging an alternate spot for sun bathing during days of nice weather.

Thank you as always for your patience and understanding while we continue
to improve our hotel.
