The below is a proposed timeline for UD. I think this reflects conversations we have all had over the past couple of weeks. Per Ted’s suggestion, I will share this with Steve to make sure it makes sense given the discussions with Penn and any planned public announcements re: Penn and the Foundation.

Timeline for University of Delaware/Biden Center Milestones


September 15th: Have draft MOU, vision and purpose statements finalized by staff and ready to share with JRB and Dr. Assanis.


September 15-30th: Schedule Meeting between JRB and Dr. Assanis to orally confirm general terms of JRB’s post-January 2017 relationship with UD


October 15th-November 1st: Public Announcement of post-January 2017 JRB relationship with UD


October 15th- November 1st: Signing of MOU with November 1st effective date


November 1st: Consultants begin work for UD
