Dear Parents/Guardians,
We are pleased to inform you that in keeping with Sidwell Friends'
environmental commitment, the School has decided to have all health
forms and information available electronically via Educator Online,
beginning with the 2010 - 2011 school year. Educator Online is
regularly used for class registration and report cards. This means that
all blank health forms will no longer be mailed to your households. All
requested health information will now be available in an electronic
format and either submitted electronically or will need to be mailed
back to Sidwell Friends, depending on the required document.
Specific details on how to access Educator Online to complete health
information will be emailed next week. Parents/Guardians will update
household information online between May 3rd and June 1st.
In the meantime, please continue to make your child's doctor's
appointments; health forms are due July 15th. Download appropriate forms
from the Sidwell Friends School website
