Putting aside your Boies salary which pretty much goes to pay Sidwell tuition and a couple of autopays, your monthly income and expenses are as follows:

$143,333.00 to Owasco from Burisma and Gabriel.

After you subtract Owasco related expenses, that leaves you $130,000 to pay yourself a salary.

After taxes (using a 45% tax rate), that leaves you approx. $71,500 a month for expenses.

After you take out your autopays ($24,000) and additional monthly bills that are not on autopay ($10,000), that leaves you and Kathleen with $37,500 a month for discretionary spending. Discretionary spending includes food, entertainment, clothes, unplanned house related expenses, money for the girls, etc.

That is the amount of money you need to figure out how to handle.

So for example if you decided to split that 50/50, you would just put $18,750 in an account of Kathleen’s choosing each month and $18,750 in an account for you each month and that would be all for the month. You could also choose to put 1/3 into a “joint account” that could only be accessed by mutual consent (for unexpected expenses that are attributable to both of you or for expenses for the girls) and 1/3 into your account and 1/3 into Kathleen’s account - so $12,500 in each of the three accounts. Just a couple of thoughts.
