Dear Member,

I am sending out this email to inform you about several ongoing
maintenance issues in our Health Club that have been the cause of leaks
and broken or unavailable equipment.

In a recent thorough review of the club we discovered several problem
areas that heretofore we were unaware. This includes issues with the
jacuzzi, all steam rooms and a ceiling leak in the weight room level. Now
that we have identified the sources of these issues, we are undertaking a
systematic plan to correct each of them.

We are determined to permanently solve these problems at their root, and,
unfortunately, in order to properly do this some areas will need be closed
for the repair work. Fortunately, the men's' locker room has two steam
rooms, so one will always be available while the other one will be
undergoing repair. It is our intention to inform you of the duration of
each phase of the work and what the anticipated impact might be on you.

Our objective is to continue to perfect our Health Club and Spa so that
all areas will function as they are designed to and so then can be enjoyed
by all our members and guests.
