Good afternoon, Members of the Board.


Attached are the materials for our meeting on *Tuesday, October 18th from
9:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m*. We will have a continental breakfast available
beginning at 8:30.


It is likely that at some point during our meeting, Secretary of
Agriculture Tom Vilsack will join us briefly as we plan to present him with
a photo of his 2009 trip to WFP in Kenya. We will adjust the agenda
according to the secretary’s availability.


Please let me know if you have any questions. We are looking forward to
Tuesday’s Board meeting, and to seeing several of you at our Global
Humanitarian Award on Monday evening as well.
