Not sure if you replied yet to Charles Liu's email.

Some thoughts - not sure that we put it in the reply, but I think we could really make some money off of putting them in touch with potential U.S. IT firm targets (get an investment banking fee and take equity in the new company).

I think SmartSynch, 4Tell and the Bick Group (Jeff's Data Center Client) could all be legit targets and I am sure we can find more.

We should figure out how best to follow up.
