They made their case and apparently the GC said that this was a Houston Metro issue and understood CAF reputation was at stake. They at least got some breathing room for a few more days. They are going to review the documents they gave FTA and get back to them. Hilary was apparently in the meeting so you may want to get her unvarnished take.
