See the attached draft bonus fee agreement. We opted for straight and to the point.

In thinking about it, we are sure that whatever we send them they will come back with changes anyway, so we figured it makes the most sense to start with the "pay us everything now" position. Let them react to it and propose a payment plan if they are inclined to do it that way.
