One thing I do think is important as we consider capitalization, expansion, doing new things in the current model, etc. is coming up with the plan first, plotting out the boxes we need to fill and THEN going out and finding the people or capital to fill them. If we look back on ways we might have done better over the past number of years we tend to plan and build around the people and opportunities that present themselves to us and not the other way around. I do this just as much as anyone (hey, Alex would be good, let's figure out a way to integrate her) and it may be hard to do, but just my thought for the night. If we want to capitalize Analytics let's figure out what we need and not feel forced to figure out a way to build around Rob Mitchell (I like Rob, that's just an example). Eric D.
