This is great, Alex. Let's make sure to vet this before we get too far down the road. Vanterra is one of the funds I believe Hassan Nemazee had an interest in and his partner may still be involved. Obviously, Hassan is in jail and I assume no longer has an interest, but just want to make sure of who all the players beyond Shad are.
