Bob-

A little further info below on the Bridge MOU from Amtrak. Sounds like the Tunnel project cancelation will a little more delay - hopefully not too much more. As we hear more we'll update you.

Neither NJT nor Amtrak is completely finished w/ the document. Parties are very close, but tweaks are being offered bilaterally. Now NJT will have to rework the doc to extract the ARC references, etc.
