How about we tell them to pay us the $116K they think they owe us at the end
of September and then they pay the additional amount out as rent for
October, November and December? (They are out of money for rent apparently
at the end of October.) They stay in the space until end of the year
(unless we want to kick them out - but I am not sure Rosemont Seneca
Analytics can pick up the sublettor rent on November 1st).
