Got RB's proposal. I assume it is a starting point on negotiations. Rent on the next door space would be $5205 a month although it sounds like they are giving us two months free the first year. That is slightly more than our current rate per sq foot, but with the two months free is probably the same if not less. It then increases by 4% a year. Contingent on this, they want us to renew for an additional two years. Not sure I want to do that. But, included is modification to the wall between the space to link the two offices, new paint and new carpet. Paint and carpet may only be for the additional space not current space, but if we did it, I would want them to paint and carpet both spaces.

Not sure where I stand on this.
