Luxury condominiums on a ridge overlooking the sea of

the Bight of Eleuthera with

sunset views, connected by a private drive to a deserted

pink-sand Atlantic beach, complete with an old shipwreck.

The two bedroom, two bathroom condominiums have

1520 square feet of living area, including 390 feet of

decking. Located 10 miles north of Governor's Harbour,

Buttonwood Reserve consists of 50 lush acres of land

reaching from the Exuma Sound on the west to a nature

preserve beside a pink sand Atlantic beach on the east.

Amenities include a pool, tennis court, and a boat dock on

the Bight of Eleuthera.

The buildings feature advanced steel frame construction

rated to withstand 200 MPH winds. (For comparison, a

Category Five hurricane has winds of 155 MPH or

greater.) Each four unit, steel frame building is built above

a concrete-block garage structure containing four private

garages. Because the units are set atop the garages, the

first floor units are ten feet above ground level and have

second floor views. Each unit comes with an over-sized

private garage.

Phase I will consist of 8 buildings and the community

amenities.

This project is not being built under the Resort

Encouragement Act, so there will be no requirement to

offer the units for rent.
