Good morning,
With two days left in 2016, your commitment to our most vulnerable neighbors has a new urgency <https://www.catholiccharitiesdc.org/page.redir?target=http%3a%2f%2fwww.catholiccharitiesdc.org%2fEndofYear2&srcid=33522&srctid=1&erid=1825291&trid=20b2357f-a165-4327-a921-e148c1f8e969>. By sending your gift before midnight, December 31, you’ll help our cold-weather emergency response team face a terrible challenge.
For the first time since the annual homeless census began, there are now more homeless children and parents than single adults. It’s shocking, and it breaks my heart. But the time for action is now <https://www.catholiccharitiesdc.org/page.redir?target=http%3a%2f%2fwww.catholiccharitiesdc.org%2fEndofYear2&srcid=33522&srctid=1&erid=1825291&trid=20b2357f-a165-4327-a921-e148c1f8e969>. Winter’s coldest winds are on the way. Can I count on the warmth that’s in your heart to help?
It’s imperative that you send your Catholic Charities gift now because homelessness is up 14% <https://www.catholiccharitiesdc.org/page.redir?target=http%3a%2f%2fwww.catholiccharitiesdc.org%2fEndofYear2&srcid=33522&srctid=1&erid=1825291&trid=20b2357f-a165-4327-a921-e148c1f8e969> in the D.C. area and the demand for our services has never been greater. Thank you for doing all you can!

Thank you and God bless you and your family,

Monsignor John J. Enzler
President and CEO

P.S. URGENT : For the first time, homeless children and parents outnumber homeless single adults on our D.C. streets. It’s unthinkable, but now is the time to use your Christ-like compassion <https://www.catholiccharitiesdc.org/page.redir?target=http%3a%2f%2fwww.catholiccharitiesdc.org%2fEndofYear2&srcid=33522&srctid=1&erid=1825291&trid=20b2357f-a165-4327-a921-e148c1f8e969> to help save lives.
