Xin,

Thanks for sending this along. Just a few logistical issues in advance of
our trip.

As I mentioned on the call Jim and I get in to Beijing on the 11th and we
leave for Shanghai on the 19th. We will be travelling with Steve Lakis,
President of the State Legislative Leaders Foundation, when we are in
China. Jonathan mentioned to Jim that he wanted to meet Steve so we were
wondering if we could bring him by the BHR office on the afternoon of
Thursday the 12th if Jonathan is there. Also, Jim and I want to set up a
time to come by the office to sit down with you and Huiping in advance of
the board meeting. So with all that said I have the following logistical
questions:

1. Is Jonathan around to meet Steve on the afternoon of Thursday the 12th
to hear about SLLF and their plans in China?;

2. Are you and Huiping around on Friday the 13th for Jim and I to come by
the office to talk about Henniges?; and

3. Can you book Jim and I a room at the JW Marriott for the 15th through
the 19th?

Thanks for helping on figuring out these logistics. Let me know if you have
any questions.
