Let's call them together so there is no slippage. Re Charles , we Hudson/ CEFC will have to have direct talks with the seller. Re: Greg, H/W / CEFC as back up guarantor ? Structure , how officially are we presenting ourselves? Maybe it's as simple as HW with the Chairman as our partner. They are both, it's my understanding to do both deals turn key / I E. they provide everything! As to avoid any misinterpretation i think we should both be on the call. Less confusion. I'll wait for your call , but have them both on the stand by!
