Club Pink People - due to the current and forecasted rain for the rest of the day, we have decided to cancel practice. Doppler radar and the local forecast show there is large wet rain system moving up the coast that will keep us wet throughout the evening. Given the amount already fallen and the probability of heavier rain in the next couple of hours, we would be only marginally productive if we did hold practice. I will see if there is a field option to hold a practice tomorrow. But if you do not hear back from me by tomorrow AM, assume I could not secure a field. PLEASE have your daughters work with their sticks some time before Sunday. We will attempt to have a short practice before our game on Sunday. And for the record, Coach Raff and I decided that the Effort Ball for Sunday's game goes to Finnegan Biden for her overall hustle and her dogged defense. Her hard work on defense caused some turnovers and her tenacity for ground balls is exactly what we are looking for in awarding the Effort Ball. Congratulations Finnegan!
