I wanted to send you a note to let you know how excited we are to be
working with you on a formal basis. I know when we last saw each
other we both agreed that there are a number of areas in which we can
work together so I am glad that we are going to be doing so. We have
been working on a number of energy issues in recent months so this is
particularly well timed.

Let me know when you will next be in DC and we can get together and
discuss this further. I would also like to include one of our
partners from our New York office.
