$395K pre-construction for 2 bedroom/2 bath on the first level. Take a look
at the beach and the views. I believe it is about $100K more for the second
level (only two levels) but it looks like the first level is elevated
anyway. I am kind of serious (if I had the cash). It can easily be rented
out so you could make back your mortgage payment pretty easily I believe and
is five minutes from the only RTJ golf course in the Bahamas. And it is a
two hour flight direct from DC.
